Role: Designer & Technical Lead
I was involved in the early stages of this project, collaborating with the creative team to develop a design that met the client specific aesthetic and functional goals. My role included selecting sustainable materials and defining the spatial flow to ensure the environment was both impactful and efficient.

I took the lead for the technical team, overseeing the production of all interior construction documents. I was responsible for ensuring that the drawing packages were technically precise, fully coordinated with engineering consultants, and compliant with the Ontario Building Code. By implementing rigorous quality control reviews during this phase, I was able to identify potential conflicts early and significantly reduce site clarifications.

Throughout the project lifecycle, I managed the coordination between clients, consultants, and contractors to keep the project on track. I focused on maintaining the project budget and schedule by proactively managing resources and conducting site inspections to verify that the execution aligned with our technical standards. My involvement ensured that the project was delivered on time while protecting the original design integrity
