Role: Primary Project Manager (FF&E) & Secondary Project Manager (Amenities & Units)

I served as the primary Project Manager for the FF&E scope, leading the technical team through the complex process of specifying, procuring, and coordinating all interior elements. My focus was on ensuring that every piece of furniture, lighting, and custom fixture met the high durability standards required for a high traffic alpine environment without compromising the luxury aesthetic. I managed the technical documentation for these items, coordinating closely with global suppliers to ensure that material selections were both sustainable and compliant with local safety codes.

In my role as a secondary Project Manager for the broader project, I supported the oversight of both public amenity spaces and private residential units. I acted as a technical bridge between the design team and the contractors, assisting in the management of construction schedules and site coordination. My involvement ensured that the high level design intent was maintained consistently across diverse spaces, from expansive lobby lounges and wellness centers to individual guest suites.

I focused on resolving interface issues between custom FF&E installations and the building's core architectural and mechanical systems. By conducting thorough quality assurance reviews and site inspections, I helped minimize on site conflicts and ensured that the FF&E installation sequencing aligned perfectly with the overall construction timeline. My dual role allowed me to maintain a holistic view of the project, protecting the client’s budget and vision from the initial technical drawings through to the final move in.
